Recruitment
JMU Alpha Phi is a strong sisterhood of over 120 dedicated and outstanding women. Through the mutual selection process called recruitment, approximately 40-50 lucky girls join Alpha Phi each fall. These new members exemplify the ideals on which our sorority was founded 135 years ago.
We were thrilled to welcome our fall 2006 new member class, seen here celebrating their bids to Alpha Phi! After an 6-week new member period, they were initiated on November 4, 2006.
